Hotel Breakfast Menu

Breakfast is served in The Monastery Restaurant at The Oxenham Arms Hotel.   

Our breakfast is served to you at your table by our waiting team.

Breakfast is included in the room rate of your hotel stay.

We offer a full range of Italian Lavazza Arabica Espresso Medium roast freshly ground coffee options including Americano, flat white, Espresso, Double Espresso, Cappuccino, and Mocha.    Decaffeinated coffee is also available.

Teas available include English breakfast Tea, Earl Grey, green tea, berry tea, peppermint tea, decaffeinated tea, and others.

Hot Chocolate is also available

Soft drinks include orange juice, cloudy apple juice, grapefruit juice, or cranberry juice

Soya milk is available in addition to local Devon milk for both drinks and cereals.

Breakfast Cereals include Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, Fruit and Fibre, Cornflakes, Muesli, and a range of Yoghurts.

White or Brown toast made by our baker in Okehampton accompanied by butter, strawberry jam, marmalade, honey, or blackcurrant jam.

Our breakfasts our cooked to order for you by our chefs at the time you are ready for them. 

We do not offer any form of buffet breakfast.

The Devon Kipper - A smoked Devon kipper fillet with two poached local Devon Eggs

Eggs Benedict - A fresh English muffin halved then topped with local ham, 2 local poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce

Eggs Florentine - A fresh English muffin halved then topped with wilted fresh spinach, 2 local poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce.

Eggs Royale - A fresh English muffin halved then topped with smoked Craigellachie Atlantic salmon, 2 local poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce

Traditional Full English Breakfasts..

A range of English Breakfast options are available, simply select from the following items which include Gluten Free, Vegetarian, or Vegan.

Scrambled or Poached local egg on brown or white toast.

Newton Abbot Devon honey and pork breakfast sausage,  local bacon, Fresh local mushrooms, grilled tomato, Fried local bread. Heinz baked beans. Eggs ( fried, poached, scrambled )

Gluten Free Pork Sausage, Vegetarian Sausage, Vegan Sausage

Soya milk is also available for cereals and hot drinks

If you are leaving early, we can offer you a breakfast-to-go bag if ordered the night before your departure.
