The South Zeal Classic Car & Bike Show 2022

Welcome to our 5th Classic Car & Bike Show at South Zeal village in the Dartmoor National Park
The show is a meeting of owners, drivers, and lovers of Classic Cars & Motorcycles and also Future Classics, vehicles that will one day be Classics. It takes place annually in the village and is organised by Simon Powell, owner of The Oxenham Arms Hotel & Restaurant with support from a team of local Classic Car and Motorcycle enthusiasts
Register your vehicle online. If you want to show your Car or Motorcycle, simply complete the registration form ONLINE at the following link or EMAIL us at info@theoxenhamarms.com and we will send you a registration form and poster by email
Simply complete the information and press the SUBMIT button and the information you enter will be sent straight to the organisers.
This will get you registered. There is a £6 per vehicle registration fee which we will collect on arrival. All funds go to South Tawton Primary School fund.
Arrival on the day. Drive or ride your vehicle into the village of South Zeal. Arrive any time after 10 AM and head towards The Oxenham Arms and Post Office. You will see yellow signs pointing you towards the show vehicle parking. If you have a classic car, van or truck you can choose to park either in the main park which is down Tawton Lane and holds 70 cars or on the main road in South Zeal in any available space . Motorcycles may park in a dedicated area in the same location down Tawton Lane. Don't worry just look for yellow jacket marshalls who will help you to the parking
If you register with us in advance then we will reserve a parking space for your classic car or motorcycle
If you forget to register, simply arrive on the day and park in any available space then come to the registration desk at The Oxenham Arms Hotel
Format for the day and Judging/Prizes. Show vehicles will arrive and park. A yellow-jacketed steward will provide you with a waterproof Vehicle Sheet to enable you to display details and information about your vehicle to spectators.
Go to the reception desk . There is a reception desk in the bar at The Oxenham Arms ( at our entrance porch ) and proceed to that desk to notify us of your arrival. Judging is done by customers/visitors/spectators and by means of a paper voting form or online web portal where they may vote for 1st,2nd, and 3rd choices based upon "The vehicle that they would most like to take home with them" in the following separate classes. A team of 5 of specialist judges will also add their voting forms to the overall vote.
Vote counting . At 3.00 PM votes will be counted at 3.30 PM Prizes and Trophies will be handed out in the bar at The Oxenham Arms and of course, there will be press / journalists taking photographs throughout the day and during the prize giving.
Judging Classes. Classic Cars & Vans ( over 20 years old ). Classic Motorcycles ( over 20 years old ) . Future Classic Cars & Vans ( under 20 years old ). Future Classic Motorcycles ( under 20 years old ). Other vehicles ( of any age ).
