Jerusalem Artichoke Velouté ,served with parmesan croutons, freshly baked onion bread and in house churned black garlic butter

Fiery Calabrian nduja and Devon cider scotch egg served with the Oxenham Arms apple chutney

Twice baked north Devon cheddar soufflé, roasted cauliflower and pickled walnut

Lightly salted cod brandade, served with baby leaves, lemon, garlic and smoked paprika mayonnaise


Rasel hanout marinated local rump of lamb, served pink, stuffed tomatoes with harissa and scorched peppers, middle eastern style aubergine dumplings, labnehand za’atar

Pan roasted Westcountry pork loin and braised belly,butternut and potato boulangere, pickled red cabbage puree , cavolo nero and cider jus roti

Curried Exmouth mussels and monkfish chowder, freshly baked flatbread, coconut lemongrass and coriander rice
