Carrot soup with coriander beignets,ginger cream and home-made roll

Chicken liver parfait laced with Madeira and black truffle on toasted brioche with red onion marmalade

Tian of Brixham crab with tomato andavocado salsa and gazpacho sauce

Roast beetroot risotto with charred baby chicory, fine herb salad and aged balsamic

Main Courses

Roast Devon turkey with sausage-meat,apricot and sage stuffing, port and cranberry compote, ‘pigs in blankets’ and pan gravy. Served with goose-fat roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots,braised red cabbage and cauliflower cheese

Devon ‘Ruby Red’ fillet steak with butterfondant sautéed spinach and wild mushroom ragout

Brill fillet poached in red wine withcreamed potato and salsify

Root vegetable gratin with spicedparsnip puree and a walnut pesto sauce


Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy butter and crème anglaise

Chocolate profiteroles with pastry cream and double chocolate sauce

Pear and apple parfait with ginger crumb and caramel sauce

Lemon tart with sweet mascarpone and winter berry compote
